Many couples that are considering starting a family, expecting a child, or perhaps wanting to experience a more knowledge base birthing process do not know where to start. Most families do not anticipate or know the benefits that doulas provide. Even if you have a strong support system, you may not know how impactful a doula can be during this delicate time. Here are some questions to ask when deciding if a doula would be beneficial to you:

Do you feel overwhelmed preparing for labor & delivery?
